* Certified Advanced Teacher of Sufi Yoga and Sufi Meditation and Sacred Dance, Sufi Foundation of America, New Mexico. Since 1994, Forest leads movement and meditation courses called “Life-Labs”,  “Walking Through Walls”, “Sufi Dance-Initiation Retreat”.
Retreats are held locally and throughout the country more recently combining the integration of Astro-Shamanic practices and celestial timings. Sufi lineage transmissions from 1000′s of years come through with many blessings for the health and well being of each participant. Forest was personally and directly initiated to teach Sufi Dance, Movement and Whirling by a true Sufi Master from Baghdad, Adnan Sarhan.

* Since 1991 Forest is active nutritional and herbal consultant, marketing and emphasizing whole foods nutrition and supplements.  She made Double Diamond in a year and a half with Simplexity Health, in 1995, (formerly Cell Tech nationally known for  Super Blue Green Algae). Forest wild-crafts her own medicinals from local plants and weeds and believes gardening is a human right and a necessity for the future of the every community.  She studied attentively with the remarkable world acclaimed herbalist, Susun Weed.
* Forest is a self-described foodist and volunteers in gardens for 20 years.

* In the 80′s Forest was Certified Personnel Consultant and placed over 700 individuals, 
a majority of women, from executive receptionist to advertising trainees, to office managers, to senior level admin support for CEO’s in every industry throughout New York City.

In 2010 Forest helped to co-found CO-ACT, a non-profit organization headquartered in 
W. Stockbridge, MA whose mission is assist with changing paradigms to create a more integrative and cohesive community amongst Massachusets’s local and regional non-profit organizations. Co-Act has many divisions, one of which is related to gathering and disseminating food to food pantries, and encouraging local farmers to “grow one extra row”.

Extras: S Tetra Forest graduated with an honors degree from a University in northern England.
Her major was in Social and Cultural Anthropology with an emphasis on gender relationship and shamanistic practices of indigenous societies.

More extras – Stephanie ‘Tetra’ Forest raised her children organically and naturally, without medical doctors in the Berkshires for 15 years.  She also taught and performed Sufi Dance and Meditation in many venues throughout the area including Canyon Ranch, Arlo Guthrie Center, Monument Mountain High School, Kripalu, Simon’s Rock College, the Sufi Abode of the Message, Berkshire Mountain Yoga and Crystal Essence, Great Barrington, as well as giving private classes in her home.

Tetra’s entire life, literally starting from the age of 8, has been devoted in the study and research of in-depth spiritual and metaphysical healing systems.   She has studied with several awesome world class masters including Adnan Sarhan, Rinpoche Namkhai Norbu, Joanna Shannon and Daniel Giamario, Alberto Villoldo and Susun Weed.   STF has received advanced certifications for Astrology, Shamanism, Sufism and healing with herbs. Her 2008 astrological discovery and subsequent articles about ‘ All Planets in Direct Motion” were published on 4 different international websites for academic astrological research in the past year and half.

Tetra’s greatest attribute is in providing a service to her students and clients that is founded in unconditional acceptance and unconditional love.   She sees into the heart of your soul and genuinely assists you to get on track with your life purpose organically and quickly.    She works in the moment.
